My name is Rumen Dragiev; Early in my life I developed an interest in fine arts and attended art classes. I'm Bulgarian born, but I left my country at 30 and moved to South Africa, Pretoria Were I've spent many years.Eight years ago made another move to London were I'm in Present. I did develop my skills formally through art studies. Not convinced that the arts could support me in the future, I pursued other career, but painting remained my passion

I tried different techniques, but I love painting with oils and painting-knife. Techniques include, big strokes created with palette knives, extreme texture with heavy paints,

My art is spontaneous, original, and very optimistic and this can be seen in all my creative artwork.

I work on Abstract,Paintings of Flowers,landscapes and fantasy-inspired paintings, taking inspiration from both the world outside and the images in my mind. The materials I use are good artists quality and all my work is finished to a high standard. Most of the paintings are offered unframed so that they are affordable and can be finished to suit your own personal taste/style. A few paintings are already mounted and framed.
Paintings are dispatched in immaculate condition, ready to hang on your wall All my paintings are coated with varnish to protect them against light and dust for many years of enjoyment.
